SUBOX ET-I

• High-performance modified epoxy coating, developed by Pyrolac for efficient metallic protection, providing extraordinary long-term anticorrosive protection, in addition to significantly reducing surface preparation costs.
• SUBOX ET I is formulated with highly corrosion-resistant pigments that react with the rust on metallic surfaces, transforming it into the most stable iron oxides, allowing SUBOX ET I to be applied on damp, even rusty surfaces without compromising its high performance. Excellent anticorrosive protection, good hardness, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.
• When applying on wet surfaces, press the brush firmly to displace moisture from the substrate; if applied on buried surfaces, the recommended time before backfilling is 6 hours at 25°C.

SUBOX ET I is recommended as a unique primer-finish coating for industrial maintenance where there are high rates of corrosion and surface preparation is difficult and expensive, in the petrochemical, marine industry, in boilers, in construction, and in the electrical industry in general for maintenance of tanks, grids, carbon steel pipes, copper, aluminum, stairs, platforms, manhole covers, handrails, steel structures, metal tubs, etc. It can also be used directly on concrete surfaces, such as cisterns containing salt water, raw and treated water. It should not be used in potable water tanks. Not recommended for exposure to strong acids or immersion in solvents.
