GALVANOX VIII

• Inorganic coating, consisting of a zinc powder pigment, temperature-resistant fillers, and a partially hydrolyzed inorganic silicate vehicle, packaged separately.
• It is extremely hard and abrasion-resistant, with excellent resistance to most solvents, humid, saline, and marine environments, and resistant to high temperatures.
• The life of this coating is considered to be shorter than that of post-cured products; however, it is recommended for installations exposed to a high percentage of humidity, splashing, and sea spray when applied.
• Minimum degradation compared to other silicate-based coatings.

It is used as a primer in a system for corrosive protection caused by weathering to marine salts, as well as for welding heat application and structures subjected to high temperatures (up to 80°C continuous).
