SUBALOX U HS DTM
Direct-to-metal polyurethane finish
Main Features
- Resistant to weathering and chemicals, contains zinc phosphate, maintains high gloss, and is compatible with epoxy coatings, with good adhesion on steel and galvanized surfaces without the need for a mordant or primer.
- Low isocyanate level.
- Consists of 2 components in a mixing ratio of 7 parts of component A to one part of component B by volume (7:1).
Applications
SUBALOX U HS DTM is recommended as a high-build finish for the protection of structural steel in severely corrosive environments. It complies with VOC regulations. It can be specified as a single-coat "direct to metal" system in C2 and C3 environments. It is compatible with epoxy coatings and can be used for galvanized surfaces.
